Created content for each social media platforms including Instagram, Tiktok, Fb, X and Youtube. Since a lot of content needs to be posted, I formed a team of promotion to help me and everyone did their job well. Being a leader was not easy but with good teammates, anything can be accomplished.
Contents in Google Drive
All documents and contents needed for posting, notices and schedules were all kept in one google drive to organise the plans made for promotion through out the semester. The method could be improved as we share it with all the crew but google drive was the best option for students to use.
Campaign for events
Other than social media, campaign for the event was done the week before. I did a schedule to keep everything in track with timing and location. To even campaign towards outsiders on a saturday at KBM Melaka hoping to attract more people coming to the event.
